When you add a website, any new files or directories that you add to your site will be automatically included in the backup. CodeGuard will exclude only the files and directories that you did not select during the initial website setup.
If you need to modify how your website is backed up, the recommended approach is to delete and re-add your website. However, please exercise caution as this action will result in the loss of your existing backups. It is advisable to pursue this option only if you have recently added your website.
